What UNTARD Yourself Means
UNTARD Yourself is a lifestyle brand and a movement.
It does not mean one thing.
It means something different to everyone.
For kids on the spectrum, it means unlearning the labels that were placed on them before they had a voice.
For veterans, it means removing the conditioning that taught them to survive war—but not peace.
For women, it means releasing the expectations, roles, and identities they were told they should be.
For some, it is about trauma.
For others, it is about identity.
For many, it is about dignity.
UNTARD is an acronym:
Unlearn Negative Thoughts And Reclaim Dignity.
It is not about shame.
It is not about insult.
It is not about reclaiming a slur for shock value.
It is about recognizing the programs—social, cultural, familial, institutional—that were installed without consent, and choosing to remove what no longer serves.
UNTARD Yourself is a daily practice.
A way of living.
A return to self.
It is movement and stillness.
Strength and softness.
Fight and breath.
There is no single way to UNTARD Yourself.
Only Your Way
